Can I show the record on my phone?
Yes. A clear photo, PDF, email, or veterinary portal screen is acceptable when all required information is visible.
What if I cannot find the certificate?
Contact your veterinary clinic before the appointment. Most clinics can email a copy or provide the vaccination dates.
What if the rabies vaccine is expired?
The appointment must be rescheduled until a current record can be provided, unless a veterinarian has documented a medical exemption that Luanna has agreed to review.
Are puppies treated differently?
Age-appropriate veterinary guidance applies. Share the puppy's age and current veterinary record when booking so Luanna can confirm what is needed before service.
