Appointment access
An adult must provide access to the dog and approve the requested groom. The van needs a safe, reasonably level place to park. Please provide any property, gate, or parking instructions before arrival.

These practical policies protect your dog, Luanna, the mobile salon, and every family scheduled afterward.
Cancellations and no access
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or inability to access the pet may be charged 100%.
Coat condition and matting
Please describe the coat honestly when requesting an estimate. If the dog is more matted than described, added time may increase the price or a shorter shave-down may be the safest option. Luanna will call before a price increase or shave-down whenever possible; otherwise, the coat condition and options will be discussed when the dog is seen and before grooming proceeds. Comfort and safety come before preserving coat length.
Behavior and safe handling
Please disclose known biting, extreme fear, seizures, mobility limits, or prior grooming difficulties. Luanna may modify or stop a service when continuing would be unsafe for the dog or groomer. Completed work and time may still be charged.
Health and senior dogs
Share all conditions that may affect grooming, including heart disease, breathing problems, recent surgery, skin problems, or difficulty standing. Senior and medically fragile dogs may receive comfort-focused grooming with a modified finish.
Vaccines
A current rabies record is required before grooming begins. A clear digital or printed veterinary record is acceptable when it identifies the pet, vaccine, date or expiration, and clinic.
Fleas and contagious conditions
Active fleas, suspected contagious illness, or certain skin conditions may require the appointment to stop. Flea discovery may result in a $35 van-cleaning charge to protect later clients.
Pricing and payment
Posted prices are estimates only and are not final until Luanna confirms them. Final pricing reflects size, coat type and condition, behavior, requested style, and time. Payment is due when service is complete through an accepted Square payment method.
Weather and van safety
Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled for dangerous roads, severe storms, extreme temperatures, mechanical problems, or conditions that make parking or operation unsafe.
